JL Consultancy is an independent consultancy based in Co Kerry that specializes in training, facilitation and project management . 

Founded in January 2007, our work has primarily been for county councils and public agencies, together with voluntary and community organisations.

Clients commission our work to bring meaningful development and capacity building on an individual, project or partnership basis.

In all our work we seek to bring added value, putting the needs of the organisation first, and working in a focused and flexible way to meet those needs.

 

In all our projects we ensure accountability;

· at the start, developing structured terms of reference for the work to be undertaken

· throughout the project, regularly meeting project representatives ensuring progress towards agreed outcomes

· at the end, working with clients to ensure results meet expectations

New Development

JL Consultancy develops a new partnership model for training delivery in Co Kerry.

JL Consultancy begins working with Scéim Tithíochta na Sceilge, Ballinskelligs, Co Kerry.

JL Consultancy now offer arts based programmes for youth groups, such as murals and graffiti art.
